The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and itineraries based on user preferences. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be verified independently, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendations.

3. User Accounts

• Google Authentication Services for account sign-in

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Travel recommendations are AI-generated suggestions and should be independently verified before making any travel decisions or bookings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICK MY TRIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pick My Trip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pick My Trip operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
